LifeSync is a personal life assistant that helps you track tasks, bills, shopping, goals, appointments, reminders, habits and fitness. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it private. Your data belongs to you — we never sell it.
We store the information you choose to add — such as task titles, bill amounts and due dates, shopping items, goals, appointments, reminders, habit history and step counts. We also store your account email, display name and the partner invites you send or accept. If you connect a calendar, we store the event IDs needed to keep your appointments in sync.
Your data is used to power the features you see — your daily briefing, proactive reminders, habit streaks, fitness progress and shared lists. We may analyse your data on your device and on our servers to generate insights and alerts that are relevant to you. We do not use your personal data to train AI models or for advertising.
If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the details needed to create and sign you into your account — such as a verified email address. We do not access your contacts, photos or other account activity through these providers.
You can invite a partner to share parts of your LifeSync data. Sharing only happens when you actively send an invite and the other person accepts. You can revoke access at any time from your profile, and the shared data immediately becomes inaccessible.
Premium features are offered as an in-app subscription processed by Apple. Apple handles your payment information; we only receive confirmation of your subscription status so we can enable or disable premium features. We do not see or store your card details.
Your data is stored securely and is protected by row-level access controls, so only you and the people you have shared with can read or change your records. Each user's data is isolated and cannot be accessed by other users.
You can view, edit or delete any of your data at any time within the app. Deleting your account permanently erases everything you have tracked. If you are in the UK, EU or other regions with data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
LifeSync is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date above and, for significant changes, notify you within the app.
